Dispatcher

Duties Include: Answering and routing all calls to necessary departments. Troubleshooting technical calls, creating work orders and dispatching Helpdesk to address issues or schedule onsite service calls accordingly. Level 1 or better technical skills needed to troubleshoot issues and assist in resolutions. Work closely with Technicians and assist in research, part returns, and warranty requests. Manage the schedules of Field and Helpdesk Technicians. Excellent Oral Communication, Customer Service, and Phone skills are a must. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Outlook, Excel, and Access. They should also possess knowledge of PC infrastructure and basic Networking.

PC/Network Technician

Duties include: Participate in all aspects of the technical services department. Assist in the creation and implementation of new technical support and preventative maintenance programs for existing and potential clients. Contact, interact, assist, and track current and new clients. Conduct on-site technical visits, both scheduled and as a result of immediate calls for quick-response trouble-shooting. Maintain hardware and software inventories; order, track, and receive new hardware and software and replacements parts, as required. Act as a help desk manager - respond, and/or seek assistance, and reply to incoming phone calls and emails in regard to technical inquiries. Assist in the response to RFPs and RFIs. Participate in external sales calls and related marketing activities. Report to the Technical Services Director. Qualifications: Technical or associates degree in information technology or related field or related experience. Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft Office and Windows/Mac OS desktop operating systems is required. A+ and/or Net+ certification, a plus. Cisco and/or Microsoft MCSE/MCA, a plus. Hands-on experience as a network administrator in an NT/2000 environment and experience in supporting Microsoft Office and Windows desktop operating systems is desired. Experience in the support of remote locations via the Internet is desirable. Experience in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes administration and experience with Gateway/Dell desktops and servers desirable. Knowledge of hubs, switches, routers, and TCP/IP is also desirable. Experience in supporting Macintosh users helpful. Demonstrated ability to work as an energetic team member, interest in emerging technologies, and excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Multimedia Designer/Web Designer

Duties include: Development, design and maintenance of multiple client Internet/Intranet sites, departmental technical liaison with the IT staff and outside vendors, evaluate and make recommendations of new technical architectures and technologies, train clients in the basic use of web editing software and ftp protocols, and provide regular assessment/status reporting to management. Participate in the creation and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies. Maintain the corporate web site(s), ensuring that all remain fully operational and performing efficiently, while developing new ways to improve site performance, ease of navigation, and usage. Interact with current and potential clients, and provide updates and reports of progress, as required. Develop and design corporate marketing materials. Produce various, client-specific multimedia products, as required. Assist in the response to RFPs and RFIs. Report to the Multimedia Director. Qualifications: Technical and/or two-year associates degree in graphic design/web design or equivalent experience. Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, Macromedia products (Dreamweaver, Flash, Cold Fusion, and Fireworks), and dynamic programming, using :Microsoft ASP, Perl, and PHP. Graphic design experience using Adobe products (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat). E-commerce experience, a plus. A portfolio of past work should be submitted with resume. One year of experience managing technical projects with minimal supervision. Excellent ability to understand graphic design fundamentals and implement site navigation. Duties include: Responsible for external sales and related marketing activities. Participate in all aspects of the sales and marketing department. Assist in the creation and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies. Contact, interact, assist, and track current and new clients. Conduct market research and analysis. Prepare and track responses to RFPs and RFIs. Prepare and track proposals and contracts. Report to the Sales & Marketing Director. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience. Results orientated and client focused. Knowledge of Internet industry and operations required. Possess strong leadership qualities in the information technology field capable of providing technical direction for projects and solutions. Project management experience, a plus. Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management and employees. Sales, Marketing & Administrative Associate

Duties include: Participate in all aspects of the sales and marketing department. Assist in the creation and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies. Contact, interact, assist, and track current and new clients. Conduct market research and analysis. Assist in the response to RFPs and RFIs. Participate in external sales calls and related marketing activities. Assist with general office administrative functions, i.e., preparing correspondence, distributing/filing of materials, financial transactions, monitoring budgets, and answering general inquiries. Report to the Sales & Marketing Director. Qualifications: Two-year associates degree or equivalent experience. Two years of customer service and/or sales and marketing experience and interaction with diverse personalities at all organizational levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish and English, preferred). Good analytical skills. Good computer expertise; experience with Word, Excel, Access, and QuickBooks, a plus. Good working knowledge of technologies used on the Internet and the Web. Manage multiple priorities. Flexibility.
